kitty who’s sometimes there

and sometimes not

you lurked in the night

jumped on my head

woke me up at 5

you came into my dreams

then disappeared to the darkest

part of my brain

like a song that I once loved

now that it’s fading but

I can’t get rid of it completely

even if I tried to

I can’t just forget

all that memories

that you were in.
