If only we can talk about pain
as easily as we talk about the rain
yes, it was sunny yesterday
but today is a different day.
No matter what the weatherman said
you’d never know what’s coming
one minute it was rainbow
the next it could be a thunder show.
And sometimes, when it seems so nice
on the outside,
an earthquake is brewing
six miles underneath.
